Gently Used and New Clothing brought directly to the MADA Community Center on Decarie will be displayed in our Clothing Boutique for our clients in need at no cost to them.
Clothing donations made at our bins throughout the city are picked up by a third party and sold with the proceeds going towards MADA’s operations.
Donation receipts are not given for clothing unless provided by a distributor or manufacturer in large quantities.
Furniture donations can be picked up from your home to be distributed to a person or family in need. Receipts can be issued at Fair Market Value and as per the rules of the Canada Revenue Agency.
Pickups of Furniture are done on Sundays. There is approximately a 1 month waiting list. To schedule a pickup, please take a few pictures of your items, and send them along with your name and address to furniture@madacenter.com
